Fix-It Felix, Jr. Costome is the costume version of Fix-It Felix, Jr. from Wreck-It Ralph. He can be unlocked from the Disney Infinity Toy Vault and then placed in the Toy Box.
Wreck-It Ralph
The regular character is in the game of the same name, where he has to stop Ralph from wrecking the Nicelanders' penthouse. When Ralph goes missing, everyone believes he's going "Turbo", and Felix sets off to find Ralph and save their game. In Sugar Rush, he gets trapped in King Candy's Fungeon by Sour Bill before Ralph breaks into the jail to free him and ask him to fix Vanellope's kart.
