The Incredibles

Dashiell Robert "Dash" Parr (superhero name Dash Incredible or The Dash) is a child superhero in the Disney & Pixar motion picture The Incredibles who can run at super speeds, similar to Quicksilver from the Marvel universe, Sonic the Hedgehog in the Sega universe, and The Flash in the DC Comics universe. In keeping with the Fantastic Four parallel, Dash is a rough equivalent of Johnny Storm in his young cocky personality and the fact that he is the only one with a special movement super power.

Quotes

"Violet and Tony, sittin' in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G!"
- Dash

Trivia

  • His model number is 1000018.
  • Dash, Elsa, & Anna were the most popular characters for Disney Infinity.[citation needed]
  • Dash is one of the shortest characters in the Disney Infinity series, he shares this distinction with Vanellope, Phineas, Agent P, Stitch, Anger and Olaf, although out of them he's actually the tallest of the group when placed next to them in-game.
  • Dash is the only character from The Incredibles that was released in a single pack, the other 4 members all have been released in triple packs (although there is single packs of them, except for Mr. Incredible who is always included in the Disney Infinity Starter Pack).
  • His Adventure is Dash's Data-Dart.
  • Dash is the only playable character from The Incredibles who is not voiced by his original voice actor from the film in Spencer Fox, as by the time of Infinity's release Fox had left the role due to his deepening voice (in a similar fashion to Nemo being recast for Finding Dory). Instead, he's voiced by Raymond Ochoa who began voicing Dash from Disney/Pixar's Kinect Adventures until 2016 (the game was released in 2012, the year before Infinity for the Xbox 360 Kinect system), Ochoa also does the voice for Arlo from The Good Dinosaur (and even reprises his role in 3.0), however as of Incredibles 2 Dash will be voiced by newcomer Huck Milner, due to both Fox's and Ochoa's respective voices having deepened since the first film came out and Infinity's cancellation.
