How to obtain:

1.0: He is unlocked from a Capsule in the Toy Story in Space Play Set in the Toy Story Alien Townsperson Toy Pack 2.
2.0 and 3.0: He is available to be purchased from the Toy Store for Sparks, or unlocked by placing the Toy Story in Space Play Set piece on the Disney Infinity Base.
